EvoForce was born from over 30 years of firsthand experience in the event industry. Starting as an event professional in Chicago in 1992, our founder grew the business into a multi-operation powerhouse by 2002 with 30+ employees spanning entertainment, ice sculptures, photo booths, photography, videography, and wedding industry publications.
After decades of juggling spreadsheets, missed emails, and payment headaches, we knew there had to be a better way. EvoForce is the platform we wished existed—built by event pros, for event pros.
Today, EvoForce powers thousands of event businesses across 50+ cities, from solo professionals to multi-location entertainment companies. We're just getting started.
